Dress to impress! Our wedding is formal or black tie optional, meaning women should wear floor length dresses or gowns and men should wear formal tuxedos or suits.

There is a room block at the Courtyard where the wedding is taking place for both friday (27th) and saturday (28th) nights. Price is $199/night under the Jacoby/Freeman Room Block

The venue has a strict policy to close promptly at 12 am. For every hour we go past this rule it will cost $1,000. Please plan accordingly for transportation/lodging.

Each person will have the ability to RSVP via our website using the QR code or the website link provided on the invitations. I also have provided a card that can be mailed back to us with your final guest count. This should make RSVPing fairly easy. If the RSVP is not received by (May 16th) you will be automatically marked as not attending. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for your understanding!

Hello, when buying anything through target please make sure that you are adding things through our registry online and picking them up in store or having it sent to you. If you don't use the registry it looks like the item was not bought and then there will be several duplicates. Thank you for your understanding.

I know most people will want to buy us a physical gift but we are also asking for any amount of money towards expenses since we are a young couple about to be newlyweds. Thanks!

Taking photos during the ceremony will be strictly prohibited as we have a photographer that will take care of this. Please refrain from using phones during this time. Thank you

Smoking is not allowed on the hotel property and must be done outside of the courtyard area where the ceremony takes place. There is a gate to the left hand side which has an ash tray and the ability to come back into the venue area.

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults only occasion with the exception to the children in the immediate wedding party.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 3pm so please arrive at 2:30pm.
